Our Holiday install was the largest install we’d organize every year. The entire store was transformed in one night (the Wednesday going into Thanksgiving). When customers would enter our stores on Black Friday, the store would be an entirely new experience and ready for the Holiday season.

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, I would plan and lead the entire install of all elements throughout the store. This would take months of planning and meetings, as well as numerous volunteers from throughout the store.
