Hello. Hello.
My name is Chris, and I am a marketing, branding, and visual merchandising professional. I’m from Ohio, and attended DAAP at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Fashion Design with a focus on Product Strategy, which comprises of product development, branding, trend forecasting, and merchandising.
I began working at Nordstrom in 2014 during college, and quickly discovered my passion for visual merchandising. While there, I worked in numerous positions, eventually becoming a Visual Merchandising Manager across stores in multiple states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Indiana.
In 2021, I chose to leave the luxury retail scene to pursue a new challenge at Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library. There had never been a visual merchandising role at the Library, so I was hired to develop, implement, and maintain a VM strategy for their system of 41 locations. While doing so, I have been able to focus on building upon my skills in marketing, branding, and graphic design among other things.
When I am not working, you can usually find me sketching/illustrating, gaming, or spending time at home with my husband and our three dogs.
